All prints are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at derekbradleyphoto@gmail.com or through the contact form on this website. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem.
If a valid issue is confirmed, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen calibration and are not considered defects
